Making New Friends

In Yoga or Tai Chi when I do pursue it eventually almost like retirement, I prefer having the same mind not by chance but by love, not pity or mercy or even justice.  I seek none of those things.  I seek only the mind, my heart did cry so I am a fool for never shedding tears of future losses of future loved ones.  Rebase on the brain as a fortress.  The heart as the Chapel and Cathedral or Monastary.  One is reserved for one.
