A FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) page is where customers can visit to find answers to common questions about the business.  I sell my art on my own terms.

Here are the actual Policies :

• How to place an order?

  Add the print to your shopping cart.  Order with Paypal or credit card. 

• How long does it take to process the order?

  1-3 Working Business Days. From time of purchase and sell.  To process order and print the art and package it off to the postal.  Delivery usually an additional week and in some cases ship in two weeks.

• How is the item packaged?

  Bare with me as its an adventure worth instilling and researching.  Its ongoing.  And I've never done this art online thing before.  My upmost is to protect the print.  I'm first following how-tos from youtube until I come up with my own based on experience.  There are actual jobs as art handlers.  And I've never known that until now.  Now I get to be one.  The first thing in order to package it, I get about my witts which basically means that I go about washing my hands.  My soap right now smells like peach.  Then.  I grab art handling cloth gloves and put them on.  I use artists tape; foam or blanket; a work area table to assist.  I also use brown packing paper and masking tape.  A ruler or measuring tape.  Finally, I sandwich the print by between cardboards or posterboard, but before that, I think I would use glassine(maybe) face side and back side of the art print.  Then  goes the bubble wrap layers.  Finally into envelop if its small.  And bigger envelop or box if the print ordered is larger.  And I wish as if, if there are multiple orders per buyer I usually divide them by glassine and boards.  It will ship in either envelope or box or roll, depending on quantity ordered.  I enjoy the prospect of making any money from my art, so I take my time to build a relationship just through packaging, safely and fast!  With care and lots of love!  I also may send promotionals or thank you cards.  It comes with an invoice for you to keep records.  Of course,  And a letter or certificate of authenticity.

  Only to Canada for international shipping.  If you all love the world I live in and support me, I'll get better at the international sector.

• Is there a money-back guarantee?

  No.  Sales Is Final.  No need to ship it back.  I'm going to be a one man show and do customer service all by myself, so please consider it.

• If so, what are the policies for the money-back guarantee?

  No refunds.  All Sales Final. No money back.
